Jeanine Hind is the Founder and Director of Your Business Minder.
The evolution of Your Business Minder is an interesting one as it shows how quickly business needs change for business owners.
Jeanine originally started the business in 2011 under another name “Manage Digital” in the hope to introduce small business owners to smart technology that managed their business better, faster and provided a return on their investment. Whilst this provided great interest this was not the most pressing issue owners had at that time.
Business owners wanted real hands on help inside their business plus an opportunity to take a break away really appealed to many. The trading name “MD Locums” was set up to provide professional part time consultants as substitutes for business owners. This innovative concept has grown to include business minding, management, tender preparation and call forwarding services.
MD Locums is now part of Your Business Minder and forms the recruiting arm of the business.
The business is growing and the need to scale and expand the services has been realised through licensing, training and development.
Jeanine now has an army of minders who can take care of business anywhere in Australia.
Your Business Minder is a truly innovative business with a refreshing way of helping owners and senior managers cope with the stresses of work and life.
Before Your Business Minder, Jeanine worked with Grace Records Management for seven years and was an integral part of their growth in the Australian marketplace.
Prior to that, Jeanine worked in the document management, data protection and imaging solutions industry and implemented web-based solutions. In her current role as Managing Director for Your Business Minder she is able to bring together this wealth of knowledge and experience to assist other businesses achieve their full potential.
Jeanine’s experience in managing sales teams in Australia, especially on the eastern seaboard, saw Grace grow substantially during her tenure. In addition, Jeanine’s project management experience with government contracts is vast and includes projects such as; sentencing historical records, entering and migrating data into web-based systems, managing major microfilm conversion and large transitions.
Highlights of her career include tendering for a national legal contract and successfully negotiating a ten-year term valued at over nine million dollars and managing the transition of a publicly listed software development company that involved over 120,000 data tapes for offsite storage.
In her earlier years she studied chemistry at the Institute of Technology in Sydney and spent many years in the pharmaceutical industry working as an analyst testing finished products. She is also a qualified real estate agent and has been a company director and secretary of four privately owned businesses. Her major strengths are her organisational skills, strategy development and personable style. These attributes along with her experience across a broad range of industries is a benefit to Your Business Minder and any company that choses to engage with her.
